Connecting Practice A Commentary on Nature-Culture Keywords

This e-book discusses ‘keyword clusters’ used within the context of the current work in ‘Connecting Practice,’ and other nature-culture projects. It can be accessed through the website of the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS).

The e-book is a joint exploration by IUCN (International Union for the Conservation of Nature) and ICOMOS that aims to learn about, and develop, new approaches to heritage designation and management of the interconnectedness of natural and cultural values. 'Connecting Practice,' was launched in October 2013, and this commentary forms part of the final report on its third phase (2019- 2020). Highly significant landscapes and seascapes -- including those inscribed in the World Heritage List are the specific focus of 'Connecting Practice.'
