Culture in City Reconstruction and Recovery: Position Paper

This document offers a framework on Culture in City Reconstruction and Recovery (CURE) and operational guidance for policymakers and practitioners for the  planning, financing, and implementation phases of post-crisis interventions for city reconstruction and recovery.
