Information Security Awareness-Foundational

This course discusses the main concepts, issues and best practices related to information security across seven 'Foundational' subjects. It is offered as a certificate course by the United Nations Department of Safety and Security (UNDSS) on its online training platform.

Following completion of all seven course modules, participants can take and complete the assessment module in order to obtain 'Information Security Awareness Foundation,' certificate. The certificate will be available following successful completion and passing the assessment.

After obtaining the 'Foundational Certificate,' participants may take the ‘Advanced’ and ‘Additional’ level courses. These courses may be beneficial, but are not mandatory for the United Nations Information and Communications Technologies (UN ICT) users.
