Description*

This journal publishes research on all aspects of intangible heritage. It can be accessed through the official website of the journal.

The journal follows ‘Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage adopted by the UNESCO General Conference on 17 October 2003.’ It has been publishing articles across various domains within Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) such as oral traditions, performing arts, social rituals, and traditional craftsmanship. This journal is a joint publication of the National Folk Museum of Korea (NFMK) and International Council of Museums (ICOM) and ICOM Korea.
