International Project Management

This course discusses several factors influencing project execution in an international environment. It is offered by the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) through edX, an online education platform. 

The course provides greater knowledge on the tools that can be adopted to build trust and overcome cultural biases when working across different time zones, technology platforms and socio-cultural practices. It includes strategies to communicate and design project structures to overcome cultural biases and corruption. This course can also be taken as part of the RIT Project Management Micro Masters Program that teaches skills for managing global projects.
