This annual journal provides a record of the cultural society in the North African, Middle East and Mediterranean region. It can be accessed through the Cambridge University Press website, a publishing division of the University of Cambridge. 

It covers a wide spectrum of disciplines ranging from including archaeology and geology to geography and social sciences. This journal is published on behalf of the Society for Libyan Studies, an academic organization supported by the British Academy.
