Masterpieces of World Literature

This course explores the past, present, and future of World Literature. It is offered by Harvard University through edX, an online education platform.

The course focuses on works of literature that take the experience of the wider world as their theme. It discusses varied artistic modes in which great writers have situated themselves in the world to explain the historic roots of today's intertwined global cultures. Besides this, participants will get to critically analyze literary works and examine the significance of major technological advances in writing.
