This international seminar was organized by the Department of European and International Affairs and the Directorate General of Heritage of the Ministry of Culture, under the leadership of Vincent Berjot, Director General of Patrimony (DGP); Bruno Favel, Head of the European Affairs Department and International (DGP); and Caroline Gaultier-Kurhan, project manager for African museums and heritage.

This is available through e-patrimoines, an e-learning training program launched by the French Ministry of Culture and Communication (Directorate General of Cultural Heritage – Department of European and International Affairs). It was undertaken in partnership with the University Agency of the Francophonie (AUF) and the World Digital Francophone University (UNFM).
