Description*

This 6-part course on RE-ORG method is a step-by-step approach to storage organization. The course provides detailed information on reorganizing current storage rooms while focusing on the creative, yet safe, use of existing resources. It is offered by the website, which is jointly hosted by the American Institute for Conservation (AIC) and the Foundation for Advancement in Conservation (FAIC) as part of their Connecting to Collections Care (C2C Care) program.

This method was originally devised by the International Centre for the Study of the Preservation and Restoration of Cultural Property (ICCROM) and UNESCO for smaller institutions and has been used all over the world in 144 institutions and over 30 countries.
